nClosures’ Rhino Elite iPad POS, designed specifically to secure both the iPad and the MagTek iDynamo mag-stripe credit card reader, is being used in restaurants as an alternative to expensive traditional Point of Sale terminals.  The set up usually consists of an iPad and a MagTek iDynamo credit card reader mounted into our iPad POS Enclosure, an Airport Express, a receipt printer, and a cash drawer coupled with any number of Restaurant POS software solutions available for the Apple iOS.  The ease of installation and widely accepted Apple user interface makes setting up and training staff on the POS systems so simple that it can often be done independently of the software providers technical support team, saving restaurant owners time and money.  Other advantages of Apple iOS Point of Sales Applications and the Rhino Elite POS include reduced set up and maintenance costs, lower or no monthly subscription fees, and the ability to quickly and easily take the iPad out of the enclosure set up for other use when not being used for transactions.
